Dr. Skow graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1970. His general surgery training was obtained at United Hospital in St. Paul and his residency at Michigan State University. He has been practicing in St. Paul since 1979.

He is Board Certified and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Additional memberships Dr. Skow is affiliated with include; Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons, Midwest Association of Plastic Surgery, American Cleft Palate Association, Minnesota Medical Association, Ramsey County Medical Association, and the  American Medical Association He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is presently the Chief Plastic Surgeon at Shriners Hospital.

Dr. Aldridge graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1979. His plastic surgery training was obtained at the University of New Mexico. His otolaryngology training was obtained at the University of Minnesota.  He has been practicing in St. Paul since 1987.

He is Board Certified and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Additional memberships Dr. Aldridge is affiliated with include; the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons, Midwest Association of Plastic Surgery, American Cleft Palate Association, Minnesota Medical Association, Ramsey Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Aldridge was granted his Ph.D. by the University of Minnesota.

Patti LeMay is the office manager.
She has been with the practice for over 26 years, 23 of which she has managed the office. Some
of her responsibilities include assisting the doctors with patient care and surgery scheduling. She is skilled in nipple/ areola tattooing, and has been performing this procedure for 12 years.
